What is an ACO?

An Accountable Care Organization (ACO) is a group of doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare providers who come together to give coordinated, high-quality care to Medicare patients.

As a FACS patient, your care team works together to make sure you get the right care at the right time — while avoiding unnecessary duplication of services.

  • Coordinated care between all your doctors
  • Better communication across your care team
  • Focus on preventive care and wellness
  • Your Medicare benefits remain unchanged
