What is an ACO?
An Accountable Care Organization (ACO) is a group of doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare providers who come together to give coordinated, high-quality care to Medicare patients.
As a FACS patient, your care team works together to make sure you get the right care at the right time — while avoiding unnecessary duplication of services.
